Strive to live in peace with everybody and pursue that consecration and holiness with out which no one will [ever] see the Lord. Exercise foresight and be on the watch to look [after one another], to see that no one falls back from and fails to secure God’s grace (His unmerited favor and spiritual blessing), in order that no root of resentment (rancor, bitterness or hatred) shoots forth and causes trouble and bitter torment, and the many become contaminated and defiled by it ---That no one may become guilty of sexual vice, or become profane (godless and sacrilegious) person as Esau did, who sold his own birthright for a single meal.
Isaiah 61: 1 – 4
The Spirit of the Lord God is upon me, because the Lord has anointed and qualified me to preach the Gospel of good tidings to the meek, the poor and the afflicted; He has sent me to bind up and heal the broken-hearted, to proclaim liberty to the [physical and spiritual] captives and the opening of the prison and of the eyes to those who were bound, to proclaim the acceptable year of the Lord [the year of His favor] and the day of vengeance of our God, to comfort all who mourn, to grant (consolation and joy] to those who mourn in Zion—to give them an ornament 9a garland or diadem0 of beauty instead of ashes, the oil of joy instead of mourning, the garment [expressive] of praise instead of a heavy, burdened, and failing spirit---that they may be called oaks of righteousness [lofty, strong, and magnificent, distinguished for uprightness, justice and right standing with God, the planting of the Lord, that He may be glorified. And they shall rebuild the ancient ruins; they shall raise up the fulfillment of the Word in Isaiah!

And I will put my Spirit within you and cause you to walk in My statutes, and you shall heed My ordinances and do them. And you shall swell in the land I gave to you fathers; and you shall be My people, and I will be your God. I will also save you from all your uncleannesses, and I will call forth the grain and make it abundant and lay no famine on you.
Ephesians 3:16 – 19
May He grant you out of the rich treasury of His glory to be strengthened and reinforced with mighty power in the inner man by the Holy Spirit [Himself indwelling your innermost being and personality]. May Christ through your faith [actually] dwell (settle down, abide, make His permanent home) in your hearts! May you be rooted deep in love and founded securely on love, that you may have the power and be strong to apprehend and grasp with all the saints [God’s devoted people, the experience of that love] what is the breadth and length and height and depth [of it]; [That you may really come] to know [practically, through experience for yourselves] the love of Christ, which far surpasses mere knowledge [without experience]; that you may be filled [through all of your being] unto all the fullness of God [may have the richest measure of the divine Presence, and become a body wholly filled and flooded with God Himself]!
Ephesians 2: 4 – 7
But God---so rich is He in His mercy! Because of and in order to satisfy the great and wonderful and intense love with which He loved us, even when we were dead (slain) by [our own] shortcomings and trespasses, He made us alive together in fellowship and in union with Christ; {He gave us the very life of Christ Himself, the same new life with which He quickened Him, for] it is by grace (His favor and mercy which you did not deserve) that you are saved (delivered from judgment and made partakers of Christ’s salvation). And He raised us up together with Him and made us sit down together [giving us joint seating with Him] in the heavenly sphere [by virtue of our being]in Christ Jesus (the Messiah , the Anointed One). He did this that He might clearly demonstrate through the ages to the immeasurable (limitless, surpassing) riches of His free grace (His unmerited favor) in His kindness and goodness of heart toward us in Christ Jesus.
I John 3:8
But he who commits sin [who practices evildoing] is of the devil [takes his character from the evil one], for the devil has sinned (violated the divine law) from the beginning. Romans 8: 1-2
There is therefore now no condemnation (no adjudging guilty of wrong) for those who are in Christ Jesus, who live and walk not after the dictates of the flesh, but after the dictates of the Spirit. For the law of the Spirit of life which is in Christ Jesus [the law of our new being] has freed me from the law of sin and of death.
II Corinthians 5:17
Therefore if any person is [ingrafted] in Christ the Messiah, he is a new creation (a new creature altogether); the old [previous moral and spiritual condition] has passed away. Jeremiah 29:11 – 14
For I know the thoughts and plans that I have for you, says the Lord, thoughts and plans for welfare and peace and not for evil, to give you hope in your final outcome. Then you will call upon Me, and you will come and pray to Me, and I will hear and heed you. Then you will see Me, inquire for, and require Me as a vital necessity and find Me when you search for me with all your heart. I will be found by you, says the lord, and I will release you from captivity…
Matthew 22: 36 – 40
Teacher, which kind of commandment is great and important in the Law? [Some commandments are light---which are heavy?] And He replied to him, You shall love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind (intellect). This is the great (most important, principal) and first commandment. And a second is like it: You shall love your neighbor as [you do] yourself. These two commandments sum up and upon them depend all the Law and the Prophets.
I Corinthians 13: 4 – 8
Love endures long and is patient and kind; Love never is envious not boils over with jealousy, is not boastful or vainglorious, does not display itself haughtily. It is not conceited (arrogant and inflated with pride0; it is not rude 9unmannerly0 and does not act unbecomingly. Love 9God’s love in us0 does not insist on its own rights or its own way, for it is not self-seeking: it is not touchy or fretful or resentful’ it takes no account of the evil done to it [it pays no attention to a suffered wrong]. It does not rejoice at injustice and unrighteousness, but rejoices when right and truth prevail. Love bears up under anything and everything that comes, is ever ready to believe the best of every person, its hopes are fadeless under all circumstances, and it endures everything [without weakening].
I Corinthians 14: 1

Isaiah 30:18 – 21
And therefore the Lord [earnestly] waits [expecting, looking, and longing] to be gracious to you; and therefore He lifts Himself up , that He may have mercy on you and show loving – kindness to you. For the Lord is a God of justice. Blessed, happy, fortunate, to be envied are all those who [earnestly] wait for Him, who expect and look and long for Him [for His victory, His favor, His love, His peace, His joy, and His matchless, unbroken companionship]! O people who dwell in Zion at Jerusalem, you will weep no more. He will surely be gracious to you at the sound of your cry; when He hears it, He will answer you. And though the Lord gives you the bread of adversity and the water of affliction, yet your Teacher will not hide Himself any more, but your eyes will constantly behold your Teacher. And your ears will hear a word behind you, say , This is the way: walk in it, when you turn to the right hand and when you turn to the left.

Surely He has borne our griefs(sicknesses, weaknesses, and distresses) and carried our sorrows and pains [of punishment], yet we considered Him stricken, smitten, and afflicted by God [as if with leprosy]. But He was wounded for our transgressions, He was bruised for our guilt and iniquities; the chastisement [needful to obtain] peace and well-being for us was upon Him, and with the stripes [that wounded]Him we are healed and made whole.
